2. Business Nature
Global Greet India is an Indian export firm dealing in agriculture, handicrafts, and industrial items like jute bags, mangoes, leather goods, and natural fibers.
3. Trade Terms
We follow FOB, CIF, and LCL/FCL shipping. All freight & documents handled per Incoterms.
4. Order & Payment
Advance payment to begin work. Remaining % before dispatch. Payments accepted via bank transfer or LC. Currency: INR/USD unless agreed otherwise.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeline depends on product, quantity, & destination. Reputable shipping lines are used. CIF includes marine insurance & full documentation.
6. Documents Provided
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance (for CIF), fumigation/phytosanitary (if needed), and other custom-required documents.
7. Quality & Inspection
Products checked as per export standards. Third-party inspection available on buyer’s request & cost.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Orders once confirmed/paid can’t be cancelled. Refunds only if Global Greet is at fault & agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays due to strikes, customs, natural disasters, or once goods are handed to the carrier.
